I was born and raised in a coal mining camp , Where
the miners would work by the light from
their lamps ,The beautiful trees , hills ,
bottoms and such , I could never forget 'cause I loved them so much , There were
railroads , steam engines and passenger trains , and a lot of my
friends , can't recall all their names . Some have gone on , and their souls
are now free , all left on this earth are their sweet memories . There was a
drive-in movie , where most folks would go , and enjoy themselves while watching
the show .The city of War was a booming little town , on week ends that's where
most kids could be found . Theres an annual reunion for friends far and near ,
we meet near the home place with memories so dear . A reunion is coming
when all righteous shall see , their friends , family , and loved ones through
eternity .
"BLESSED
BE THE
NAME OF THE LORD"
For we know that if our earthly house
of this tabernacle were dissolved , we would have a building of
God . a house not made with
hands , eternal in heaven . Corinthians
5:1
